Appointment Reminders

A few days before your scheduled visit, our automated reminder system will remind you about your upcoming appointment. It’s important to keep your appointments, or reschedule if needed. When you don’t, it keeps us from using that appointment time to see another patient.

Arriving for your Appointment

Please check-in at our front desk and be prepared to update your registration each year, which includes applying for alternate resources.

Cancelling Appointments

Please use the Patient Portal or call us at least 24 hours before your visit to cancel or reschedule. Letting our clinic know you cannot make your appointment will allow us to schedule other patients in a timely manner to meet their needs.
