I make every effort to create an environment that my patients can be themselves and come to me with any issues or questions they may want addressed regarding the full spectrum of their health. I approach giving care with a justice framework and ensure that all patients feel heard. I am honored to be part of the many milestones my patients may share with me including puberty, sexuality, pregnancy, birth, and menopause. I strive to provide the best care possible with a compassionate focus.

Hobbies:

My partner and I love to travel and enjoy the outdoors. Gardening is my passion! I love to learn about sustainable living and am trying to homestead as much as possible. I’m always looking to learn from others wisdom!
