My approach to counseling is based in by Systems Theory, humanism, and the value of being present in each moment. My approach is guided by the belief that clients are experts in their own lives, needs, and emotional experiences. I see my role as traveling alongside clients as they start or continue their healing journeys. I encourage and support using Traditional Native Healers to promote Indigenous health and wellness.
Hobbies:
I like to cook for friends, read, crochet blankets, play video games, and spend time with my two cats.
