Professional Interests:
As an employee of the Puyallup Tribal Health Authority, I provide mental health services to members of the Puyallup Tribe as well as other Indian Health Service eligible adults. These services include individual and group counseling services. I use various methods of counseling/psychotherapy including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Existential therapy, Structural therapy, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Yalom’s group therapy.
Interests and Hobbies:
When not at work I enjoy spending time with friends, hiking, running, camping, fly fishing, traveling, reading, listening to music, playing guitar, going to movies, exploring the beauty of the Pacific NW, and exercising.
