My approach to counseling is interactive. I encourage my clients to practice skills in sessions and outside of counseling. I employ techniques of cognitive behavioral counseling, which empowers the client to challenge internal thinking process and create positive change in your life.
Hobbies:
I enjoy spending time with my dog and traveling around the beautiful Pacific NW with all the natural beauty that we have available.
